Yvette Susan (Provencher) Pelletier, 81, of Nashua, NH died Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at the Langdon Place of Nashua, NH.
She was married to the late Robert L. Pelletier, who died on November 7, 2010.
Born in Quebec, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Rose Provencher. She attended nursing school in Canada.
Yvette came to America at age 19 and worked as a seamstress. She later worked for Wang, General Electric and Ametek.
She moved from Lowell to Chelmsford in 1969 where she raised her son.
Yvette’s greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Steven Pelletier of Nashua, NH; four sisters, Irene Gingras and Pauline Pomerleau both of Connecticut and Huguette McCarthy and Susan Silva both of Litchfield, NH; two grandchildren, Nicholas and Stevie Marie Pelletier of Chelmsford and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours Mon. 10am to 12 Noon followed by a Funeral Service at noon at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford. ARRANGEMENTS BY DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 978-251-4041.

Steven – I am so sorry for your loss, Aunt Yvette was such a wonderful person and I have some very fond memories of time spent with her and your dad. She knit me a beautiful dress that for my oldest daughter when she was born. I will take it out and think of her. I am sorry I cannot be there with you on Monday, however you are in my thoughts and prayers. All our love and support.
