Sally (DuBay) Loh
of Lowell


Sally (DuBay) Loh, a Lowell resident, passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 15, 2018 surrounded by family the day before her 56th birthday. She was the wife of Robert "Mousey" Loh Sr. with whom she celebrated her 32nd wedding anniversary on May 17, 2018.

She was born on August 16, 1962, spending most of her life in the South Lowell area. She was the daughter of the late Stella Mae (Cook) DuBay. She attended Lowell schools and was a comunicant of The First Church of The Nazerene.

Sally was a stay at home mother for most of her life. She was always full of spunk and never afraid to let you know how she felt. Sally was a woman that would do anything for her family and was always willing to take in others to help out. She loved her computer games, her TV shows and a nice ice cold ginger ale.

Besides her husband, she was survived by two daughters, April Loh and wife Colleen Maloney  of Dracut and Brittney Loh of Lowell; two sons, Robert Loh Jr. and Jason Loh; two grandchildren Caliegha Cook and Teddy Cook Jr.; three Goddaughters Jessica Choate, Mariah Rojas and Kassie Dubay. She was also the sister of 14 siblings, many of which she remained in close contact with. She was also survived by many nieces and nephews.
